With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George William Davie of Forked River, New Jersey, who passed away on July 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Davie and Dorothy Davie. He is survived by: his wife Carol Davie of Forked River; his children, George Davie (Loretta) of Long Valley, NJ, Douglas Davie (Jill) of Howell, NJ and Kate Fevola (Michael) of Forked River; his grandchildren, Collin (Madison), Noah (Marnie), Charlotte, Abigal, Madelyn, Michael, Delia and George; his great grandchildren, Marshall and Percy; and his pet Angus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of George may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 400 Morris Avenue, Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38501.
