He was predeceased by: his grandmother Jo-Ann; and his mother Amber. He is survived by: his father Jay; his stepmother Toni; his siblings, Trevor, Taylor, Fae, Sadie and Jo-Anna; his aunt Dani; his cousins, Jacob and Ryan; his aunt Courtney (Jimmy); his cousins, Paige and Jack; and his uncle Dre. Tristan.
The family has asked for, in lieu of flowers, donations to be sent to the scholarship that will be made in Tristan's name.
