It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dong Keun Chang (Fort Lee, New Jersey), who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dong Keun Chang to pay them a last tribute.
Though Dong may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dong touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Chang; his sons, Gilbert Chang and Siwol Chang; and his daughter-in-law Alessandra Corriveau.
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a fund in memory of Dong Keun "DK" Chang at The Cooper Union.
