She was predeceased by: her former husband Danny. She is survived by: her sons, Harlan and Bart; her children-in-law, Nicole and Natcha; her grandchildren, Ben, Hannah, Preston and Arielle; her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Susan; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Jody; her husband Michael; her great-nephews, Sander, Griffin and Jake; and her great-niece Lily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, but their spouses, children, and partners.

Memorial donations in memory of Elayne Matusow may be made to the United Jewish Federation (UJA) in her name.
