We bid farewell to John C. Farrell of Fort Lee, New Jersey, born in Bronx, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 24, 2025 at the age of 96. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria R. Farrell; his parents, John Farrell and Elizabeth Farrell; his siblings, Raymond J. Farrell, Sr., Georgia Farrell and Joan E. O'Hagan; and his daughter-in-law Dianne Farrell.
He is survived by: his children, Maria E. Farrell (Merri Beth), John W. Farrell and Christopher P. Farrell; his grandchildren, Matthew J. Rosa (Julie), Sean C. Farrell (Jillian), Christopher R. Farrell (McKayla), Jack T. Farrell (Madeline Morgan), Jillian C. Farrell, John W. Farrell, Jr. and Charles G. Farrell; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Luree Farrell, Cameron Xavier Rosa and Josephine Elizabeth Farrell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Basralian Funeral Home (559 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, NJ 07649). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph R. C. Church (300 Elm Street, Oradell, NJ 07649).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in John's memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation at t2t.org.
