He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann; his brothers, Enrico, Frank and Pat; and his parents, Josephina Magnone and Luigi Magnone.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Joe Gonzales) and JoAnn (Joe Paese); his grandson Joey (Jessica); his children, Matthew and Sydney; and his wife Fair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
