She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Roy Forney and Harriet Forney; and her siblings, Beth, Richard, Ruth, Robert and Roger.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Carolyn Jeanne Mudry, Patricia Mudry Hiltke (Eric Hiltke), Kathryn Mudry Watson (Christopher Watson) and John Robert Mudry; and her grandchildren, Kristine, Paul and Nickolaus Hiltke.
