He is survived by: his daughter Theodora Blanchfield (Calif) of Santa Monica; his sisters-in-law, Lee Smith Blanchfield and Geraldine DeFranco Hilla; his nieces, Karen Blanchfield White, Elizabeth Blanchfield and Sharon Evanchuck; and his nephew Edward Hilla.
