He was predeceased by: his mother Helen P. Downey. He is survived by: his father Clifford M. Downey; his wife Patricia; his son Michael Downey; his daughter-in-law Olivia Downey; his daughter Mara Young (Kenneth Young); and his grandchildren, Michael, Sean, Andrew Downey, Emily and Gracie Young. He is also survived by his family as a caring husband, loving father.
