He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Jared (Annie), Jesse (Lauren), Jordan (Kyle) and Jillian (Ben); his grandchildren, Aaron, Abigail and Reuben; his father Richard; his stepmother Joan; his siblings, Lauren (Stephen), Todd, Adam, Cheryl, Rona (JP) and David (Laura); his mother-in-law Barbara; and his sisters-in-law, Meryl (Rich) and Leslie (Bruce).
