With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Todd Smith of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Todd farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Todd is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kim and Benjamin; and his siblings, Timmy and Tracey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Kyle and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481).
