He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Deak and Anne Deak; his son Joe Deak; and his brother Ronald Deak. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Balerno (Derek) and Jimmy Deak (Tara); his daughter-in-law Anne Luck-Deak; his grandchildren, Bella, Ryan, Jackson Balerno, Kenneth, Tyler, Dante Deak and Domani Deak; and his siblings, Stephen Deak and Anne Vonderheide.
