With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank J. Rubin of Franklin, New Jersey, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on February 13, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Gail (York); and his parents, Benjamin Rubin and Sarah Rubin (Schurr). He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer (David Needham) and Shari (Mark Kozielec); and his brother Steve Rubin of Flemington.
