He was predeceased by: his brother William Carty; and his parents, John Joseph Sr. and Patricia Louise Carty. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Browning Carty; his son William John Carty (Ewa) of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Jaxon and Thomas; his siblings, Michael Carty (Jean), Barbara Graham (late Dennis), Thomas Carty and James Carty (Susan); and his aunt Barbara Trout (Russ). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (208 Maple St, Clayton, NJ 08312).
