He is survived by: his wife Theresa Matheis (Burns); his children, Michael Matheis (Kapsook) of Colorado Springs, C. O., Carolyn Ryder (Mike) of Franklin, N. J., Bryan Matheis (Darlene) and Brian Sosa of Belmar, N. J; his grandchildren, Sarah, Erica, Alexa, Sujung, Sukyung and Ella; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Gabriella and Julien. He is also survived by his family, his animals.
