He is survived by: his children, Aaron Proctor (Camryn) of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, Courtney McGuinness (Joseph) of Wantage, Kim Sugar (Joseph Schreiber) of Shohola and Michele Ryan (Danny) of Wantage; his brother Stephen Proctor (Diana) of West Milford; and his grandchildren, Payton, Madison, Kayley, Shay and Raegan.
