Machovsky (Cynthia); her nieces and nephews, Susan Leitner (Robert, Jr.), Raymond Simpson, Jr. (Linda), Thomas Simpson (Kristine Haueter), Jennifer Bingaman (Reed), James T. Machovsky and Ryan Machovsky (Kate); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephanie Leitner, Sarah Bingaman, Robert Leitner, III (Alexxis), Nate Bingaman, James T. Machovsky, Jr., Wesley Machovsky, Breena Simpson (Drew Shaw) and Kiara Simpson; her cousins, Lillian Hammersma and Marilyn Farino (Donnie); Robert Leitner, IV.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shook Funeral Home (639 Van Houten Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A prayer was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Patricia's memory to either the National MS Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
