She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Stoll and Dorothy Stoll (McDowell). She is survived by : her siblings, Dorothy Stoll and Larry Stoll; her husband Percy Masker, III; her children, Penny (Jeff Ward) and Percy Jr. (Ariel Masker); her grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jianna Wakefield-Ward; her siblings, Jack Stoll (Judy), Dave Stoll (Martha), Gary Stoll (Sue), Victoria Gunderman and MaryEllen Pierce (Skippy); her great-niece Victoria Abbott; her nephew Brian Tucci; her great-niece Maddison; and her nephew Rory Halkirt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Penny was a very caring and giving person who enjoyed knitting and donated countless blankets and quilts to local churches.
