He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard D'Agostino and Kate D'Agostino. He is survived by: his sons, Peter L and Michael R D'Agostino; his wife Barbara D'Agostino; his daughter-in-law Lori Borromeo D'Agostino; and his sister Jean Nalisnik (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM at the Hillsborough Funeral Home (796 US-206, Hillsborough Township, New Jersey 08844). A Mass was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (34 Yorktown Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844).
