She is survived by: her mother Janet S. Hall; her aunt Jane A. Cox (Adrian Shelton); her cousins, Genise A. Cox Ivins (Dave) and Dominic Robert Ivins; her aunts and uncles, Daniel E. Hall (Mary), David L. Hall (Cathy), George A. Cox, Sr., Adopted, Kathy Shoemaker, Diana J. Hall, Charlotte Marriott and Amanda Fancher; and her pets, Mony, Milkman, NuB, Lily and Greysen.
In lieu of flowers, Devin's family requests donations be made in her memory-honor to Holly Dell School and Adult Program, 610 Holly Dell Drive, Hurffville, NJ 08080.
