She is survived by: her mother-in-law Dora Mercado; her husband Jose Mercado; her sons, Peter Mercado, Jose Mercado, Jr. (Nicole) and Paul Mercado; her grandchildren, Alivia, Noelle and Jacob; her siblings, Patricia Christian (Nicholas), Joanne Cifaloglio (Henry), Kathleen Tinney (Joseph), Barbara Pagliarini (Mark), John, Henry and Richard Coates; her siblings-in-law, Peter and Maria Mercado; and her cousins, Maria, George Alvarez, Carlos, Linda Sepuloeda, Margaret, Bill Gomez, Enrico and Jenn Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
