With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Adgie of Franklinville, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Adgie and Angeline "Lena" Adgie; and his parents-in-law, Sarah Elizabeth "Betty" Esgro and Joseph Cabrelli. He is survived by: his wife Marie I. Adgie (Cabrelli); his daughters, Margo Carr (Matthew) and Marie Wrigley (Elwood); his grandchildren, Mia Marie Wrigley, Holden Elwood Wrigley and Gavin Oliver Carr; his brother Edward Adgie Jr. (Margaret "Peggy"); his goddaughter Donna Myles (Tom); his niece Meredith Williams (Greg); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jillian, Calvin, Tommy, Harrison and Ryder; and his cousins, Pierina Muscatello and Maya Hari. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
