He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Collins; and his brother Charles Sclafani. He is survived by: his children, Anne Marie Sclafani (Gerry Gibilaro Fiancé) and Michael Sclafani (Joseph McCoy); his stepson Justin Collins (Tina); his grandchildren, Ashley, Danielle Luca, Leila and Aidan Collins; and his siblings, John Provato and Christina Peters.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
