He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Falkowski and Ann Falkowski. He is survived by: his wife Jaclyn Falkowski; his children, Shannon Christensen (Mark) of Brick, Ann-Marie Falkowski (Dustin Sherman) of Hamilton and Anthony "TJ" Falkowski (Alyssa) of Cranford; his grandchildren, Andrew Christensen (Rachel), Abbey Christensen, Riley Christensen, Jackson Falkowski and Cooper Falkowski; and his brother Glenn Falkowski (Judy) of Linden.
