He was predeceased by: his wife Lesley Persily; his son Heath S. Persily; and his parents, Sidney Persily and Florence Persily. He is survived by: his daughter Brooke Dzieciol (Chris) of Freehold; his grandchildren, Dylan (Patricia), Hailie, Megan, Brayden, Heather and Carson; his brother Robert Persily (Sari) of Somerset; Melissa Weber of Old Bridge.
