He is survived by: his wife Estelle; his son Frank Jr.; his daughter-in-law Linda; his grandchildren, Frank Charles (Charlie) and Emmalyn; his son Scott D'Amico; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his grandson Austin D'Amico; his daughter Diane D'Amico Aronson; his son-in-law Scott; his grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew and Mitchell; his sister MaryAnn; Gloria and Salvator DePinto.
