He is survived by: his brother Kevin Slade (Susan); his nephew Kevin Slade Jr.; his niece Christine Slade Gonzalez (Pablo) of Little Falls, NJ; his brother Desmond Slade (Ingrid); his niece Lisa Harris (Dan); and his nephew Sean Slade.
