He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine B. "Gerry" Duffy; his parents, Manus C. Duffy and Winifred Duffy; and his siblings, Winnie Rhoades, Mary Jo Maucher and Marty.
He is survived by: his children, Karen A. Duffy, Kevin J. Duffy, John P. Duffy, Jr. (Sue), Tyler and Brendan; his stepchildren, Charlotte and Jack; his brother Manus C. Duffy, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Rhoades, Bill Horgan and Nancy Duffy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
