She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Mary E Gerlt (Cannon) of Livingston, N. J.; and her brother James Gerlt. She is survived by: her husband Richard Falcon; her children, Robert Falcon (Sandra Sherman) and Tara King (Rick King); her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Rahn; her sibling's children, Valerie, Stephanie, Doug, Ryan and Corey; her aunts and uncles, Ashley, Kayla, Anthony and Jeremy; and also Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathy's name to Alzheimer's Association, Freehold Policeman's Benevolent Association, or the Freehold Township Education Foundation.
