She is survived by: her children, LaShawn, Jammal Samuels, Michael Samuels, Shaquille Samuels and Kimani Samuels; her sister Wanda; her grandchildren, Sopheary Fisher, Sanandi Fisher and Syan Samuels; and her nieces and nephews, Tinsey Siddiq, Tashelle Samuels, Asya Siddiq, Nikea Samuels, Tyhirah Siddiq, Dr. Kyle Warren, Akeem Samuels, Jibron Curtis, Kareem Mackey, Alyssa Horace, Amelie Horace, Aron Rowe and Morgan Rowe.
