She was predeceased by: her husband Edilberto Bermudez Gierbolini; her parents, Maria Bonifacia Velez Berrios and Efrain Velez Rodriguez; her brothers, Jose Antonio Velez Berrios, Efrain Velez Berrios Jr. and Jesus Velez Berrios; and her grandson Michael Anthony Pastrana.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nanette Cassara (Maurice), Annette Bermudez, Catherine Pastrana and Yvonne Rodriguez-Gonzalez (Richie); her grandchildren, Kathleen Jean Pastrana, Joseph B. Cassara, Jenna Rose Cassara, Ethan Cross Mansanet and Mateo Antonio Gonzalez; her sister Blanca Velez Berrios Hernandez; and her former husband Edward Rodriguez.
