He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Collins of Freehold, NJ; and his grandparents, William Collins and Anna. He is survived by: his sister Laurie Hansen (Paul); his nephew PJ; his niece Allison of Liberty, Missouri; his stepfather Richard Oelsner; and his stepbrother Tony Oelsner of Tampa, Florida.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
