She was predeceased by: her father Stephen W. Csurbak, Jr. (Terry Csurbak); and her siblings, Stephen "Butch" Csurbak III, Sandra Steinitz and Theresa Tedesco. She is survived by: her mother Theresa Csurbak; her children, James Reid (Kelly), Charles "Chad" Reid (Melissa) and Nancy S. Pallokat (Justin); and her grandchildren, Gavin, Tristan, Hayden, Julia Reid, Hank and Ellie Pallokat. She is also survived by cousins, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
