He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Rhode and John Rhode; his wife Jean M. Lee Rhode; his grandchildren, Joseph, Robert, Julia and Dominic DiSanto; and his siblings, Mary Conklin and Jack Rhode.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jude Anne Pak of Freehold, Jeanne DiSanto of Colonia and Darlene Zawada of New Egypt; his grandchildren, Hanna Lee, Meghan, BreAnne, Makayla, Makenzie Pak, Rachel, Bianca DiSanto, Dylan, Colin and Kirsten Zawada; and his great grandchildren, James Robert Zawada, Luke, Amelia and Micah Lee.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org), the ASPCA (aspca.org) or to a local animal shelter in Mr. Rhode's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
