He was predeceased by: his daughter Dana; his father Robert; and his siblings, Glenn and Michelle. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathleen; his children, Amanda Wilkins (Matthew York) and Shawn Wilkins (Amber Coulter); his mother Angela; and his sisters, Gina, Angela and Maggie.
