He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Dixon Hunter and Emilie Hunter; his spouse Stacy; his children, Brittany and Sam; his children-in-law, Fabian and Bella; and his granddaughter Sienna.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (91 Stillhouse Rd, Millstone, NJ 08510).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to the ASPCA or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, two causes that reflect Tom's love of animals and the family's gratitude for the care he received.
