She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Becoats and Letha Becoats; and her son Charles E. Owens. She is survived by: her husband Christopher C. Pompey; her daughter Willa D. Duckenfield of Freehold, NJ; her granddaughter Shanna D. Norris of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchild Jumarrey R. Gregory; her great great grandchild Auset J. Gregory of Stockbridge, GA; and her sister Idell Smith of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
