He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Maghan Biddle and Frank Biddle Sr.; his wife Doris Jean; his daughter Carol Jean; and his siblings, Frank Jr., Robert, Stanley and Mary.
He is survived by: his brother Richard; his son Michael; his grandchildren, Matthew (Alison), Katie (Mike) and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Jack William, Owen, Emma, Haley, Liam, Jenna and Lily. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and neighborhood friends.
