LaForge Jr., Jennie Davis (Nicholas) and Rebecca Fowlkes (Dwayne); his stepchildren, Allison Messer, Jill Malone and Ryan Gray; his sisters, Barbara Parentau and Lee Crate; and his grandchildren, Quincy Davis, Makel Davis, Jacob, Charles, Oliver, Jackson, Benjamin, Ariellejoy LaForge, Kyra and Xavier Fowlkes. He is also survived by many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
