As Joelle departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joelle may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joelle leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; and her father Val. She is survived by: her mother Carol Perez; her stepsons, Michael and Mark; her brother Daren (Fran); and her nieces, Alexis (Sean) and Angelique Perez.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Germania Cemetery West Moss.
