We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2025, John E. Darden of Galloway, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid John farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For John is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Darden (Kilpatrick); and his children, Jeanetta Darden, Jamal Darden, Germaine Darden and Joann Darden.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsels Funeral Home (324 New Jersey Ave, Absecon, NJ 08201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Germania Cemetery.
