He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Peltz and Anna Mae Shoemaker Peltz; his siblings, Barbara Fox and Ron Peltz; and his son Gary Downes.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Galletta Peltz; his sister Eileen Clark; his children, Dorothy LeFore (Twister), Greg Downes (Christi) and Jamie Royles McGowan (Jim); and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Greyson, Jack and Gavin. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, andcountless friends.
