He was predeceased by: his parents, Mulford Hagerman (Avon First Aid Squad) and Mildred Hagerman; and his sister Patricia Horner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hagerman; his sons, Christopher Hagerman (Janine) of Manasquan, James Hagerman (Joyce) of Bradley Beach, Stephen (Sheri) of Manchester and Joseph Jr. (Gillian) of Manchester; his sisters, Lois Tassey of Avon and Natalie Palmer (Gail) of Staunton, VA; his grandchildren, Jessica, Shane, Kyle, Edward, Jennifer, Corey and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Cailin, Delaney and Finley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
