He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfeo Privetera and Rose Privetera; his wife Gloria; and his siblings, Alfred, Marie, Josephine, Rae and Gloria.
He is survived by: his children, Lora Privetera (James Keane Jr.) of Manahawkin, NJ, Rocco Privetera (Saara Liimatta) of Brooklyn, NY and Lance Privetera (Linda) of Cherry Hill, NJ; his grandson Max Privetera; his daughter Judy Privetera-Parrish (Jonathan Parrish) of Galloway, NJ; and his grandchildren, Jack Parrish, Jolie Parrish and Jayce Parrish. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Veteran Unit at 235 Dolphin Ave. Northfield, NJ 08225.
