He is survived by: his wife Laura Leeds; his children, Jeremiah Leeds, Sr. Kaitlyn Leeds (Jenna) and Jaime Leeds; his grandchildren, Gracelynn, Jeremiah, Jr., Chloe and Galaxy Leeds; his siblings, Bettie Winrow and Jody Leeds; his siblings-in-law, Sheryl Kaschak (Nick), Cindy Anastasia (Mike) and James Griffies, Jr. (Laura); his goddaughter Brooke Kolbe; his cousin Rick Reilly (Annmarie); and his close friend Bob Weis. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
