He was predeceased by: his father Orren Hewitt; his brother George Parks Jr.; and his stepfather George F. Parks Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Verna P. Parks; and his brothers, Kenneth Parks and Brian Parks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Chilcdren's Research Hospital.
