He is survived by: his wife Joyce Adams; his children, Walter Adams Jr. (Sondra Neander), Barbara Wray (Ned Wray), Paul Adams (Eva Adams) and Michael Adams (Lisa Adams); and his grandchildren, Colleen, Dylan, Steven, Bryan, Kendall, Bailey, Carson, Hayden, Angelica, Anthony, Andrew and Anakin.
