With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Taormina of Garfield, New Jersey, born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on November 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taormina and Catherine Taormina; and his sister Eileen Tsigounis. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Eryn Taormina (Dylan Miller) and Charles J. Taormina; his grandchildren, Carmela Sonoe'e Taormina-Miller and Addamae Catherine Taormina-Miller; and his sisters, Cathy Makowka and Nina Deyoe.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 72 Lodi Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
