He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wich (Annibal); his daughter Sarah Wich (Tom); his grandson Colin Miller; his daughter Lisa (Matt); his grandsons, Nico and Dante Fiduccia; his son Jerry Jr. (Carol); his granddaughter Violetta (James); his sister Janet Ziomek (Wich); his nieces and nephews, Jesse and Jamie; his brother-in-law Garry Annibal (Dorothy); his nieces and nephews, Catherine, Michele and Thomas; his cousin Michael Prunchak (Irene); and also, Bobby and Michelle.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge.
