She is survived by: her husband Joseph Belzak; her children, Monika Pitanga (Thiago) and Robert Belzak; her grandchildren, Fabiana, Isaias and Kamila; and her siblings, Zofia Ciba (Jan), Mieczyslaw Nowak (Genowefa) and Kazimiera Koziol (Ryszard). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
